A hyperbolic transformation applied to a Rep-Tile IFS fractal formed from a set of Affine transformations.

The method used to produce this image is based on Rep-N Tile attractors. The term Rep-Tile (replicating figures on the plane) was coined by mathematician Solomon W. Golomb in 1962. See the Rep-Tile page at [link] for a brief description.

Created with the Fractal Science Kit fractal generator. See [link] for details.

Very, very nice.
Is using the Fractal Science Kit hard to learn?

Hi Anj,

It takes a few hours to get going but then you should know enough to have lots of fun making fractals. The Fractal Science Kit has a lot of features so I recommend going through the tutorials first to learn the basics. Then download the fractal examples and read the information on the example pages for lots of ideas on how you can make you own creations. See the Getting Started page for more.

And please email me at rj.hilbert@verizon.net if you have any questions at all :-)

Thank you, Ross. I will give it a try. I'll be using it without a license first to see if I can figure it out. I do all right with Apo, but I'm stumped when it comes to UF and FSK almost looks like a combination of both. :)

I'm keeping this message in my messages so I can follow this links you've provided. I might end up answering this again, so please forgive me if I do. :D
Hugs,
Anj
